By supporting older people who cannot manage at home, we focus on enabling them to maintain their independence and privacy, in home like surroundings.


Activities Programme

Residents are able to enjoy a full activities programme that offers: crafts, daily exercise sessions, singing, bingo, housie, board games and cards. There is also an extensive library onsite catering for everyone’s reading needs.


What’s Near By

The local shopping centre is only 5 minutes away in Awapuni and includes a pharmacy and library. The main town centre is 10 minutes drive away and offers extensive shopping and eateries, with the convenience of a bus stop at the front gate.


Nearby is the Victoria Esplanade – a popular place for picnics and duck feeding and the beautiful St Matthews church is just 5 minutes away.

    Jyoti has worked as a Registered Nurse for the last 22 years, of which the last 15 years have been in Aged Care. Jyoti has also worked as a Clinical Leader and spent the last 4 years as a Business and Care Manager for Palmerston Manor. She also manages the Chiswick Park Rest Home.

    Sandra has a wealth of Administrative experience having worked as an Office Manager for 8 years, and before that managing a Wholesale Food Distributions Company. She has a passion for the elderly and really enjoys interacting with the residents, and the family feel at Chiswick Park. In her spare time Sandra does cake decorating.

    Activities Coordinator

    Before joining Chiswick Park, Mel worked in various roles, primarily in arts and crafts. She lives with her two young children and enjoys spending time creating when not at work.
