Our Care Offering

Framed by beautifully maintained grounds and courtyard gardens, Gracelands provides a high standard of care for retired people who need everyday assistance, supported by age-related care as required at both Resthome and Hospital levels. We have a choice of rooms including Care Suites.

At Gracelands we believe that our resident’s individuality and, wherever possible, their independence, is the key to happiness and contentment. Therefore, we encourage you to bring personal items with you to make your room feel like home. We will endeavour to assist you in maintaining any hobbies or interests you have.

  • "The staff and Viv (diversional therapist) have been wonderful to me. They have made me comfortable and made the transition into rest home care easier. The meals are very good although a bit on the large side at times. The staff are friendly and greet my son well. My family and I loved the memory lane journey that Viv did for me. Jenny (night nurse) has also been very kind to me" - Gracelands Resident

  • My wife had the most professional help from the management, nurses and caregivers. She was treated with the utmost kindness at all times and the devotion of the staff was of the highest standard. My family and I are so grateful her needs were catered for in such a friendly environment. - Husband of Gracelands Resident

  • To the staff at Gracelands, We are so very appreciative of the excellent care given to mum in the short time she was with you. We were impressed from our initial viewing with Phil who took time with us. The respect and dignity all staff gave Mum and the thoughtfulness and consideration shown to us while we sat with her could not be faulted. To all the nurses, carers, cleaners and cooks – you are all wonderful. Thank you - Son of a Gracelands Resident
